Late Spring Fertilization Treatment

This time of year is a great time to control weeds in your lawn and landscape. We provided your lawn with a blend of Nitrogen, potassium and broadleaf weed killer to give your lawn its best color and safest weed control. This treatment will become active once it’s watered in. You should be watering your lawn well one day each week, when temperatures reach 90 degrees increase watering to a good soaking twice each week, at 100 degrees increase to 3 days each week. Infrequent, deep watering encourages deeper root growth which will make your lawn tougher and more drought tolerant this summer –saving you money! Mowing your lawn high (3 inches) and regularly is also a way to promote strong root growth and make your lawn thicker. A shorter cut lawn needs more water.
